We are a husband and wife duo, we have a food truck and a catering business and we love to support our community.

Maroon Sausage Company is a wholesale sausage manufacturer that has taken the art of blending spices from the Caribbean and Asia. All of our products are fresh (raw) sausage with no preservatives.
